This is the address for everything — corrections, orders, privacy requests and general questions. There is no contact form, because email is simpler for both of us and leaves you with a record of what you sent.
What to get in touch about
A calculation you believe is wrong. Send the birth date and the number you expected. Every result on this site shows its arithmetic, so if the working looks incorrect we want to know. Errors of arithmetic are fixed immediately and the affected pages re-dated.
A correction to published content. If something we have written about numerological tradition is inaccurate, send the page and what you believe the correct position is. Corrections are checked against the literature and made where the criticism holds. We would rather be corrected than consistent.
An order or a report. Include your order reference, which begins with LPC and appears in your confirmation email. We can resend a report, regenerate it, or refund it where our refund policy applies.
A privacy request. Requests to access or delete your data are answered within seven days. See our privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We do not offer personal numerology consultations, and we do not answer questions about what a reading means for a specific decision in your life. Numerology has no established basis for advising on decisions of that kind, and a site that publishes calculators is not the right place to ask. Our position is set out in our editorial standards.
